Fig21 shows an abnormally low proposed Housing Allocation compared to the rest of the black country (highlighted in orange), has this been discussed, there is a disparity in proportional allocation throughout this document. This document clearly is biased in favour of Wolverhampton and substantially more HOU should be allocated to the Wolverhampton borough. Councillors for Walsall, Dudley and Sandwell should demand a fairer allocation for the people they represent.

I would like much more focus on upper story conversions and city centre living to protect green space in the rest of the city and support city centre economy. Change Westside plans to residential with leisure. Add more stories. Huge scale pedestrianisation makes little sense with few pedestrians. If we are to develop a real city centre it needs desirable apartments and housing.

There are a high volume of empty units/ buildings within Wolverhampton that can be converted for housing purpose. The city centre itself has a surplus number of empty buildings. With retail now no longer a main focus in many cities and towns, why does the City Council look into making the city more appealing for individuals/ families to move and live around the city centre.
As I have already mentioned there are a high volume of empty/ derelict buildings in Wolverhampton that need a new lease of life. Before taking away local's fields etc I think empty units/ derelict building i.e the old Sainsburys building, which has been unused for many years, should be looked into being re-used/ re-furbished as housing purposes.
