Fig21 shows an abnormally low proposed Housing Allocation compared to the rest of the black country (highlighted in orange), has this been discussed, there is a disparity in proportional allocation throughout this document. This document clearly is biased in favour of Wolverhampton and substantially more HOU should be allocated to the Wolverhampton borough. Councillors for Walsall, Dudley and Sandwell should demand a fairer allocation for the people they represent.
