I would like much more focus on upper story conversions and city centre living to protect green space in the rest of the city and support city centre economy. Change Westside plans to residential with leisure. Add more stories. Huge scale pedestrianisation makes little sense with few pedestrians. If we are to develop a real city centre it needs desirable apartments and housing.
