I have lived [Redacted-GDPR] close to Northicote Park with a view of the bridle way which is being used by very many people as form of recreation. Use of this land for housing reduces the green belt on the edge of this parkland. It is also very close to the Crematorium, building close to the Crematorium will show very little respect. There are no properties facing onto Northicote Lane the nearest properties are all bungalows with no direct access onto the lane, one presumes that this was to provide a low presence. I therefore object to this precious green area being used for housing.
