Having heard the alarming news of 700 plus houses being built on the farmland behind Coronation Road and Mob Lane, I am dismayed and disappointed that this is even being considered.
This area is so important to our community, it has proved vital during the pandemic when so many of us suffered with our mental health. This was my go to place where I could enjoy peace and quiet, watch the [Redacted-sensitive information] and local birds.
We have a wooded area that has just established itself but will all be destroyed if these plans go ahead.
Coronation Road/ Mob lane are busy roads and during the rush hour cars a queuing right up past my house unable to move because of a bottle neck junction with Fordbrook Lane. If these houses go ahead then all the traffic of the new estate would either enter Coronation Road or green lane.
On a footnote are any of us going to be compensated for the devaluation of our properties…
