I have lived in this area, Northwood Park, for 35yrs and know the area well.
I think the proposed plans for hundreds of houses would absolutley destroy the way residents and visitors carry on their everyday life, ie, the woodland walks and pathways, which are good for peoples mental health and physical well being.
Just walking beside a field of crops or grass or livestock is good for the soul.
I think the plans would leave all this destroyed by houses, concrete and tarmac not to mention the explosion of motor vehicles and pollution.( Not good for mental health or physical wellbeing ).
