We object to the proposed development of 763 houses at the above site.

This is greenbelt land and was agreed after larger development in a former Local Plan was rejected by local residents and withdrawn. The distance between settlements needs to be protected. That is Pelsall and High heath and Shelfield and Walsall Wood. Allowing this proposal could lead to further development of agricultural and grazing land, with loss off access along a few footpaths for residents.
