Representation Summary:

Policy WSA2 Land at Vicarage Road and Coronation Road, High Heath and land at Mob Lane, Pelsall

I wish to strongly object to the above proposal. I live on Coronation Road and the proposed site perimeter is immediately behind my rear garden fence. Having lived in my current home for the past 23 years I have witnessed an ever increasing amount of traffic using Coronation Road and feeding into Fordbrook Lane every day with all surrounding roads at a standstill, i.e. Mob Lane, Mill Road, Field Lane, Vicarage Road, etc. The roads are gridlocked during busy periods so to add extra traffic to a village that is already struggling to cope with the overwhelming amount of traffic currently using its roads would quite frankly be hell. Trying to get into my own drive at times can be a nightmare.

The fields to be taken over by this proposal are areas well used by the public and wildlife. Greenbelt land is there to be used and enjoyed by all, particularly the wildlife which is in abundance in that area and should be given extreme consideration as to what would happen to them if their homes are to be replaced by housing and not just a handful of houses at that. As a race we should endeavour to look after our wildlife and nature at every opportunity as we are slowly killing our world with over development.
