1. The proposed site for 736 houses is on arable - farming - land in a Green Belt Area. It is not brownfield/ Industrial/ Unused land. This area was and still is used by local residents for walking and exercise during the Covid Epidemic. The development would mean the loss of a valuable local amenity.

2. The Plan would need access to local roads already heavily congested by traffic. There has not been sufficient consideration of how roads would need to be improved to cope with the extra traffic.

3. Local schools in Pelsall are already over subscribed and with the demand for places by 736 families further traffic problems would be caused by longer travel to other Walsall schools.
