The above public footpaths on this land are used on a daily basis for myself, dog [Redacted-GDPR] . I have walked over these fields for nearly 40 years and not to do this anymore will have a significant effect [Redacted-GDPR].
They were especially beneficial during lockdown to exercise and relieve tension and stress as they provide a safe environment and a sense of freedom which is so important to me as a carer.
One of the reasons we live in Pelsall is due to the Greenbelt areas and common land and for this we pay a premium but it's worth it.
Please consider this as many peoples happy place
