I object to the encroachment onto Green Belt land
2 This area of Walsall still retains distinct village identity, i.e. Shelfield, Walsall Wood, High Heath, Pelsall. The use of Green Belt begins to erode that identity.
3 So many houses (763) will also impact upon already overused roads. We already suffer severe congestion on local roads i.e. A461 and particularly Mill Road/ Fordbrook Lane. 763 houses potentially equates to an extra 1500 vehicles a day emerging onto a B road or country lane. Plus potential delivery vehicles.
