let's start with carbon footprint you are going to build on good farming land that this year has grown wheat and corn for Warburtons the bread makers this land also has lots and lots of mature oak trees and many others it is also a haven for lots of wildlife such as bats newts short eared owls barn owls tawny owls skylarks yellowhammers kestrel's goshawks buzzards peregrine Falcons and lots more lots of people have found our local field a God send while COVID has been here there is not a day goes by when you do not see lots of people walking their dogs and also walking for pleasure and keeping themselves fit I also looked at all the pollution that will come with there being 763 new homes How many cars does that bring into the local Pelsall village and surrounding area plus congestion pollution we already have in the pelsall and Aldridge 3 tips which constantly smell and to top that we have deadly chemical waste plant right on our doorstep and now you want to take our green belt as well I could say more but do not have enough paper
