because I am not convinced that using brownfield sites for housing especially when known or suspected pollution from previous usage may still be present I would prefer the limited use of green belt for housing as envisaged in this draught proposal I think the benefits of using some green open space to provide decent adequately spaced affordable housing would encourage real stakeholder commitment along with the proven benefits of healthier lives As for brownfield sites why not return some of these to naturally green areas possibly adding to future green belt areas surely we have enough urban sprawl without adding to it
