the road around this site can't cope with 1500 plus pupils and staff from the rejuvenated Shelfield Academy roads and access should already have been looked at these are major roads one of which exits across a raised dangerous canal bridge at Black Cock
An additional 3000 plus people will access these roads and compound the problem when they exit for work each day
where will these people work? not in pelsall Walsall or Aldridge they will have to commute to other areas
Access to A5/A38/A34/M6 and toll road is nearby so air quality in the green lung of Walsall will be spoilt
the wider carbon footprint for this developed in line with the government cop 24 goals
Walsall itself has lots of brownfield sites in walking distance of the town centre public transport network
my partner and I bought this house precisely because of the cycle access to chasewater and Cannock Chase and the benefit of this had been even more justified during Covid especially now we have a child who uses this space too again No No No
