The proposed development of Coronation Road Mob Lane will impact the community in many ways. This will take away walks and trails that have been used for exercise pleasure and mental well being during COVID-19 outbreak. I do not believe the road infrastructure along Coronation Road and Mob Lane suitable due to already excessive congestion. Traffic is badly congested due a number of schools and works commuting impacts on it causing car emissions from stationary traffic for long periods. The land that had been highlighted supports a wide variety of wildlife [Redacted-sensitive information] along with hedgerows which are equally important. The local schools drs do not have any spare capacity waiting list for schools and no appointments for patients of gp's. I oppose these plans on the above points no green belt land should be lost until every piece of brownfield site is used.
