Development on this site would cause devastation to the local area in terms of;
Wildlife -creating a bottle neck along the greenway for movement of deer up to Cannock chase and destruction of indigenous bat, butterfly and bird species in the area.
Loss of direct access for recreational open nature space users.
Traffic- the traffic is already impassable with tailbacks from Vicarage Road – Mill Road and Coronation Road during peak times. The inclusion of further cars will make the area gridlocked without new road infrastructure implementation.
