Wildlife impact - I've already mentioned my concerns in this area and have requested an Wildlife impact assessment to form part of the plan but specifically want to draw attention to the roosting bat population in the area and request that in line with protection offered by the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 that bat surveys are carried out.
