This land is vital for the health and well-being of the local population. It provides access to nature, with an number of different species. The site has poor access and additional pressure on the local roads will cause additional pollution, traffic build up and accidents. There are public footpaths which will be affected by the build, and the migration of deer through the area will be affected leading to more accidents as they are pushed onto roads instead of using the existing fields which would be built on.
