Destruction of green belt/farm land when there are many areas of brownfield sites in the borough yet to be regenerated.
Negative impact on existing peak hour traffic congestion, particularly at Shire Oak junction which has already been recently remodelled.
Negative impact on existing property valuations.
Noise/disturbance to existing local residents during extensive build time.
Flawed consultation - only heard via word of mouth two weeks prior to expiry of consultation and document only received through letterbox one week prior to expiry.
Previous application for industrial units for this site was declined - what has changed?
