Building 763 homes on a partial flood plain seems unwise ?. This will generate even more traffic towards Fordbrook lane, which at school times is busy and quite dangerous, having to weave in & out of parked cars. The other exit down Green Lane towards the black cock is often closed for works at the sewage plant & the black cock bridge is currently really dangerous being only a single passing.
This leaves either a rat run through broad lane & high heath or up to the busy Shelfield lights via Green lane
Also means destruction of wonderful green belt
