The area of land around Northecote farm is precious land for animal habitat and also for recreational activities for local residents and visitors. During the lockdown it was invaluable place for locals to walk for physical and mental wellbeing and still is. It took a hammering with the amount it was used and every inch of greenery in the area was greatly valued. We love the area and desperately want it to remain unspoilt. The Scotlands and Bushbury are socialiy deprived areas, taking the greenbelt will cause more social problems for the people living in the area.
