This is an insane plan to place an estate in this location and must be quashed. The flood plane is within the building proposal. Global warming will extend this flooding, this area already floods over roads and property, you are proposing building poor quality housing for Walsall residents. I am glad you are taking responsibility for the cost this misery will cost.
The infrastructure will not handle this extra development roads are already overloaded with regular lengthy traffic jams. Ormiston School is at capacity you are generating a world of misery for existing residents, the school and general area.
