1. Road Infrastructure in around this area is not sufficient to support this proposal of 713 homes. Traffic jams of 1/2 a mile are not uncommon along Vicarage road to Shelfield and other locations.
2. This is productive farmland.
3.This area has the highest flood plane area in Walsall proposal. Global warming is accepted and will have detrimental effects making this flood plane larger.
4. Vigo Fault on this land makes it unstable.
5. Biodiversity, a number of species occupy this area, an extension of the Nature conservation area to be implemented.
