Kingswinford and Wall Heath have already seen extensive housing developments in recent years with no additional schools, doctors, shops or improvements to infrastructure. The area is continually congested with traffic: There has been no new employer in recent years to attract more people and jobs, therefore requiring a demand for housing.
Commuting is very difficult. There are many brown field sites to redevelop before spoiling greenbelt. We are only moving the housing issue further out to create more super villages with no improvements
