There’s enough housing in the area. Planning to build everywhere and anywhere. Ruining walsall itself nothing left of it- C.Ryan

I am a resident in Walsall. There are numerous areas available in Walsall that could be used to build housing in different areas, not just one huge area. As a Walsall resident and regular user/visitor of the arboretum I feel any housing development encroaching on the land would be detrimental. The arboretum and surrounding countryside is a well used resource by many people of all ages.
