Objects as development would raise traffic & air pollution levels, would promote motor/quad bikes and impact on safety and wildlife.
Objects die to loss of amenity, tranquillity, leisure facility. Objects due to increase in flood risk, also to proposal as site should be incorporated into adjacent Smestow LNR as the habitat value of site survey is out of date & underestimated.
