1) No improvement to the roads, Sumerhill, Swindon Road and the A449 are planned despite the increase in traffic.
2) Roads through the adjoining estate (Valley fields) will become a race track being used as a short cut to the A491 thereby causing an obvious change to younger children attending Dawley Brook school.
3) No improvement or extra facilities are planned and Russell Hall hospital can't cope now. What will happen if this building plan goes ahead.
4) It is painfully obvious the planned development will go ahead as the Water Board have already out the new water mains in the land where the building is to take place - thus no early public consultation took place.
5) During heavy rain the island on the A449/Swindon Road junction floods. This will obviously get worse without the rain on adjacent fields being able to soak away once they have been built on.
6) The whole scheme can only add to the air pollution despite the Governments pledge to reduce it.
7) The land in question is Green Belt which was introduced by Government to protect the countryside and its wild life therefore how can this law be ignored without Government approval.
