DSA2 Land at Swindon Road (The Triangle)
- The land should not be developed
- This part of the green belt is vital in preventing Urban Sprawl along the Western edge of the Dudley Borough
- Any development of the land will give the green light to Staffordshire to allow development along the Western edge which will change for ever the character of the area and not for the better.
- Brownfield sites should be re-evaluated and reviewed as a priority
- The local schools are at capacity
- The size of the development will disadvantage Wall Heath children who have historically attended Summerhill School.
- The plan will furher increase traffic congestion in the area
- Improvement to help the above will further damage the environment and character of the area.

- Wall Heath / Kingswinford will have lost virtually all of it greenbelt within Dudley.
