I strongly object to the above plan on the grounds of:
1) The effect it will have on the surrounding infrastructure
2) The effect on road safety, noise & air quality
If you assume an average of 2 cars per household on 533 houses there would be an increase of at least 1066 extra vehicles on the local roads on a daily basis. My property backs onto the Swindon Road and the amount of noise from traffic from morning until night is relentless. With the additional traffic it would be unbearable.
With traffic increase air pollution would also increase, not everyone will have an electric vehicle.
