This is greenbelt and it should not be allowed to be built on.
This land is valuable agricultural land and the Council should support local producers.
There are many alternatives to building on greenbelt land that should be explored. There are brownfield sites and a significant number of vacant office buildings in the Dudley borough which should be utilised for residential housing before consideration of using greenbelt land.
I have significant concerns regarding the additional traffic that a development will bring to an already congested road system.
I have personally struggled to get a GP appointment even prior to the pandemic - there are already too many people for the services available in this area.
Destruction of biodiversity will be extremely detrimental to the future.
