* Expansion of the area is not needed as many new builds have already been built at the top of Stallings lane and Himley Road. along with further Housing Developments along the Penn Road and Himley / Wombourne area's.
* Our local hospital, doctors surgeries and infrastructure is already stretched to full capacity and are struggling to cope without the introduction of increasing the population.
