I wish to object strongly to this proposed development as noted above.
The traffic congestion already exists in and around Stallings Lane / A449 road network. The addition to a new development at the top of Stallings Lane and another housing development planned will result in further challenges in commuting around this area which extends to Wombourne. In addition to the traffic chaos brings more pollution to the area.
Furthermore, the destruction of the natural habitat is not necessary in this area. Again I would refer to the two major housing developments top of Stallings Lane so a third in close proximity I find totally unreasonable and just commercial greed.
I understand the need for housing, however, there are other sites to be considered to rebuild on existing building land, remodel vacant buildings ad not destroy our green areas.
