Policy WSA9 - Land to the east of Chester Road, North of Pacific Nurseries. Hardwick

We are very concerned about the prospect of so many housing being built in the area which is already struggling with basic amenities such as schools and doctors surgeries.

Our main issue with the proposal however, is the fact that the houses are going to be built on a Site of Local Importance for Nature Conservation! we need to be protecting our green belts and this build will categorically go against all government promises to not build new homes on Green Fields. The planning application is at best flawed and at worse discriminatory. We need to be focusing our building efforts on Brownfield sites not destroying our protected green fields.
If housing were to be built I have no doubt the surrounding areas will suffer, including the area nearby where there is a Tree Protection Order. Although this site is not (yet) being built on the extra pollution from traffic along with footfall in the area will take its toll.
I can not express how vehemently against this plan the local community is. Please Reconsider.
