we moved to this area (Hardwick) [Redacted-GDPR], having spent years looking for a quiet area to retire to. The area is semi-rural, not urban, and has a very settled, mainly mature population. My next door neighbour, [Redacted-GDPR], is horrified by the idea of such a huge development on her doorstep. This kind of vast development is totally inappropriate and would completely devastate the vocal community feel of the area. 800+ vehicles in the area would have a massive impact on an already busy Chester Road at rush hour. The noise + disruption from construction, not to mention the devastation of woodland (WAH254) and effect on local wildlife - including bird species such as [Redacted-sensitive information]. This area has very dark skies at night, the light pollution from street lighting for 500+ houses would ruin this. Completely wrong place - no local amenities within walking distance, miles from local towns so more car pollution. There are far more appropriate sites nearer to Aldridge/Walsall/Brownhills. LOOK THERE.
