P372 Objection to the proposed developed land along Worcester Lane.

My objections are the following:

This land is an amazing space of outstanding natural beauty that gives joy to many walkers and residents in the local area. In lockdown, it was a vital space for residents and visitors to help with well being and gives joy to many walkers and families.

The Worcester road is prone to flooding and the fields are essential for water regulation.

It is vital we keep our farming land and especially as now as a country we need to be more self sufficient and produce our own food.

Our doctors surgery and schools are already completely overcrowded- we would not be able to cope with any more numbers.

Finally, why are we not building on the brownfield plots? Its cheaper to build on our green belt but at what cost to the future of our planet? We need to preserve this land for future generations.

Please do not destroy our countryside!
