Green Belt land and green areas must not be used for building land. Use Brownfield sites. This is government Policy, re-iterated by the Prime Minister, on Wednesday 6 October 2021.

Infrastructure - Lack of amenities, oversubscibed schools, insufficient doctors surgeries.

Environmental - More traffic congestion and air and pollution from additional traffic in the area affecting the health and wellbeing of the residents.
Proximity to sewage works and landfill site.

Transport - No public transport

Road Safety - The road junctions at Himley Road and Cinder Road are already conjested and are accident blackspots. 25 houses means 50 additional cars.

BCP - DUDLEY - Land South of Holbeache Lane/Wolverhampton Road
Green Belt Land

Environmental - Increased traffic on the already conjested Himley Road, with traffic queues causing pollution.
