Representation Summary:

Reference WAH234 (Columba Park) Aldridge Road, and WAH 246 Chester Road.

1. It is GREENBELT LAND and should not be built on. It is used for food and that is more important than housing.

2. The wildlife would have nowhere to go. There are a pair of buzzards that live in the trees in the middle and their nest would be disturbed they have been there for over 7 years. There is also a white owl and a family of foxes.

3. The road would not be able to cope with the extra traffic. They already start coming down the road at 5:30am and by 7:30am are queueing all the way up the hill. If you are going to build that many houses that would mean at least another 3000 cars coming off the estate onto our little road.

4. There would not be enough places in the schools.

5. You cannot get in the doctors for 2 weeks so this would be even worse.

6. The noise, A pollution, dust, disturbance of lorries going along a small road and ruining the area.

7. When it rains it floods in the fields by Mahony's.

8. The name is horrible it sounds like its asst with drugs.
