There are inconsistances between the plan and local assessment on numerous areas.
There has not been a traffic assessment available within the report and the single access plan will
have unacceptable consequenses to the eldery residents of the Wood End Farm residents.

The local site assessment is invalid with the omission of F7 paddock information, this managed area
has an abundent wild life that includes Pheasant, Heron.Woodpecker and Bats.
