This development will only have access onto Lime Lane and Lichfield Road. These roads are already very busy at all times of the day. Lime lane is not suiltable to carry an increase of traffic and will cause a bottle neck at the fingerpaost traffic lights. Major road improvements would be required takong even more green space.
It will also have an adverse affect on Pelsall which already has a lack of facilities.
It will increase, greatly, the traffic volume passing through the village and Norton Road is already sometime difficult to cross.
This development will erode still further the 'Green Lung' of Pelsall and the open space available to it's residents.
