The current road structure will not support another increase in traffic volume caused by additional volume from new housing estates.
Loss of leisure /greenspace + displacement of wildlife would be detrimental to the surrounding area.
Extra pollution cause by increased traffic volume.
Not enough school places, this could mean that existing residents may not be offered places for their children in there local school. More strain on a already under resourced local health service ie. Doctors, Dentists + Hospitals.
Do not support using Greenbelt sites when there are brownfield sites available.
