Yorks Bridge Pelsall 580 homes/Coronation Road Mob Lane (763 homes)
Current road infrastructure cannot cope with the volume of traffic. Pelsall fingerpost junction is dangerous with current levels of traffic.

Doctors do not have capacity to cope with the number of houses likewise school places

The Coronation road/Mob Lane will also add to all the above issues.

We need our greenspaces to save our sanity!
