Land Ref: WAH 236 – GB1 Yorks Bridge, neighbourhood growth area.

I object as a resident for the proposal to build 580 houses.

First of all it will increase the volume of traffic, particularly at rush hour as Pelsall Fingerpost is a hotspot for traffic as there are no filter lights in place.

Yorks Bridge is already meant to be being replaced, and land lost from the Common to accommodate the new bridge.

This residential build will also have an impact on the wildlife within the area.

I live on the Moat Farm estate - currently out of my bedroom window I have a view of the fields, if this goes ahead I will have a view of a housing estate!!

This will lose the feel of Pelsall being a village.

Schools within close proximity have waiting lists for children as it is.
