The current road structure will not support another increase in traffic volume caused by additional volume from new housing estates.
Loss of leisure / green space + displacement of wildlife would be detrimental to the surrounding area.
Extra pollution cause by increased traffic volume,
Not enough school places, this could mean that existing residents may not be offered places for their children in their local school.
More strain on an already under resourced local health service i.e. doctors, dentists & hospitals.
Do not support using greenbelt sites when there are brownfield sites available.
