Objection on Policy CSP3 (Sites DUH206, DUH207, DUH209)
I live on Worcester lane and first hand the amount of Dudley residents that use this green space. Residents eve travel in cars, park up and enjoy this space, this has been so useful to residents particularly during pandemic with their mental health. therefore i would like to object to housing being built of this greenbelt land the greenery and mental health benefits area provides is far too important to be ignored and built on. I myself and family frequently use this green space and has been a great source of comfort during this difficult time for all of us. These greenfield sites (DUH206/DUH207/DUH209) should be omitted and continue as green belt land for Dudley residents to enjoy and provide both mental and physical health benefits. Brownfield sites should be considered and given our industrial past there are plenty of brownfield sites that could be re-used to built plenty of housing in Dudley
