Representation Summary:

We accept that new homes need to be built, but these should not be built on green belt and other green open space land. Green belts are vital for recreation, peoples wellbeing and also agriculture. They prevent urban sprawl and ensure that different communities retain their individual identity. Any building should be on brown field, derelict and neglected urban sites.
We object to all building on greenbelt land but specifically WAH238 and WAH240. this is currently agricultural land and is totally unsuitable for building on. The roads and lanes to access the site are unable to cope with any increase in traffic. Coronation Rd and Mob Lane are already congested and Green Lane is a pleasant country lane.
WAH236 our objections are similar. Lichfield Rd is already very busy and Pelsall Fingerpost Crossroads cannot cope adequately with current traffic levels for much of the day. Long queues frequently build up; the re-building of the canal bridge will make this worse. This site will also mean a built up corridor all the way to Brownhills from Pelsall.
Additionally schools in the area will be unable to cope with the inevitable influx of new pupils
