The above are areas where dogs are walked and children have freedom to play. Severn Drive is close to myself and my children used to use that area.
Bryce Road is also as area close to myself and used as a regular walk. Where I live there is one way in and one way out. This is going to cause vehicle problems with extra traffic. Doctors surgery's are already under pressure, where are these extra houses/residents going to access when its difficult enough as it is. Schools will also be under pressure. Our green belt area is used for dog walking and children playing.
