The respondent is highlighting that they did not receive a letter until after the consultation started.

The consultation started on 16/8/21 but the letter advising us of the proposal wasn't even typed until 23/8/21 and we did not receive it until 26/8/21. Therefore I wasn't even aware of the consultation at the start of it which I think is infringement of the due process.
