Pensnett has been subjected to a massive onslaught of housing development over the past three years or so, namely, Tansey Green Road (both sides) Gibbons Lane, School Street, Bradley Street, Victoria Street, Memorial Club, taking with them all forms of wild life, Biods, butterflies, frogs etc all now a rarity.
Proposed new sites make Transport, Ketley Road, Stallings Lane. These developments have added to an already congested traffic area. For example the main A4101 Pensnett to K'ford is already a heavily congested road, with that congestion filtering on the side roads. We have today enormous concerns for pollution. We consider this area as one of the seriously polluted areas. There are no proposals to add to the infrastructure with services now over prescribed e.g. GP Surgeries, dental clinics, schools etc. I consider these ind sites stated
