- More pressure put upon already overstretched NHS.
- Increased traffic on the surrounding roads, which are currently congested and noisy. The level of maintenance is already poor.
- Local schools are struggling, the extra intake will make matters worse.
- Loss of our Green Belt. If new homes have to be built, Make use of Brownfield sites first.
