The proposed building on these 2 sites would create enormous pressure on Kingswinford's services. We already have major housing developments nearing completion at the top of Stalling's lane.
Kingswinford is - small town with small local services. Are there any plans\thoughts about providing extra schools\Doctor's surgeries\Dentists etc. These services are already strained and over subscribed.
The increase in traffic already going down Stallings lane is horrific and can take ages to get down.
Any plans to create any play area's on these estates?
Kingswinford once a lovely small town on the edge of the green belt will become a car park filled with houses; creating more polution as people have to travel further for services
I was born here but will soon be leaving!
